I am teaching my granddaughters this word. When I make a Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp there will be ice cream placed on top when it is warm out of the oven. As it is being eaten some of the ice cream melts and mixes with the juices from the Crisp. After everything has been eaten there is this heavenly tasting coating on the bottom of the plate. I tell them that we may catillate and I procedee to clean the plate to the best of my ability.
